Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Receptionist is responsible for providing a professional and
welcoming first point of contact for clients, patients, and visitors. The role
involves managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records,
and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The Receptionist also supports
administrative tasks and assists in communication between departments.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome clients, patients, and visitors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Support administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between departments.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries

Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- Female
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or customer service
- English language skills: Intermediate to Excellent
