Roles & Responsibilities

Overview

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure a professional and efficient workplace environment.

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and staff
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges when required
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Desk personnel or as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel
