- Follows all relevant procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job in Hospitality to ensure continuity of work.
- Helps guests check in, by greeting them, providing them with a key, and showing them where their room is located.
- Acts as the first point of contact for enquiries to guests coming into the hotels, in order to answers their questions and be of assistance.
- Answers phone calls and transfers them to the concerned parties
- Ensures the smooth running of the reception area at all times and keeping this neat and tidy, to present an appropriate image of the hotel.
- Takes and passes on messages to determine when something is urgent and expedites a response.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Diploma degree in Administration or Hospitality
Experience/strong>
- 0-2 years of related experience
