Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
- Manage the reception area and ensure a neat and organized front desk
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with visitor arrangements
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes when required
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support to departments
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and organized
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
