Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Manage the reception area and ensure a neat and organized front desk
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with visitor arrangements
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes when required
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support to departments
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Well-groomed, professional, and organized
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
