Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner and redirecting them as necessary.
  • Welcoming visitors, students, and staff in the reception area.
  • Guiding visitors to the desired departments and directing students to lecture halls.
  • Providing information and instructions on resource usage efficiently.
  • Collaborating in following up on customer feedback reports and complaints.
  • Maintaining the organization of the reception area by adhering to university procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as sending and updating calendars via email.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in English languages, spoken and written.
  • Enthusiastic fresh graduates can also apply.
  • Good command in computer skills, particularly MS office programs
