Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Only candidates with a sponsored / dependent visa can apply.


  • Perform invoice-level reconciliation with policyholders, frontiers and clients

  • Investigate and resolve unallocated payment, partial payments, and disputes

  • Maintain an accurate receivables ledger, ensuring timely matching receipts with the invoices

  • Support finance team for issuing of invoices, sending invoices to the frontiers

  • Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up with payers for outstanding amounts

  • Co-ordinate with the Client Relationship Managers for payment follow-up

  • Ensure that policy terms and credit periods are followed

  • Allocate incoming payments to the correct invoice, client, and frontier

  • Co-ordinate with finance team on payment receipt and allocation

  • Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging reports, collection forecasts, and debtor exposure summaries

  • Maintain proper audit trail and documentation of all correspondence and decisions
