Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests for recreation and fitness activities.
- Provide information about available facilities, programs, and events.
- Maintain a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for guests of all ages.
- Enforce safety standards and resort policies in all recreation areas.
- Monitor guest participation and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and stored properly after use.
- Process payments for equipment rentals or activity fees.
- Assist individuals with disabilities and ensure accessibility across facilities.
- Support team members to deliver exceptional guest service following The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Ideal Profile

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving recreational equipment.
