Recognize arrivals of all VIP guests arriving in both the spa and recreational areas and hotel.

Knowledgeable about all aspects of recreation, fitness & wellness, and recreation facilities in person and over the telephone.

Capable of performing professional technical pre-consultation so that he/she is able to recommend suitable treatments in accordance to the treatment protocols taught per the client s needs and concerns.

Schedule of all colleagues in all department of Recreation & Wellness and ensure smooth operation of the reception.

The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Director of recreation & Entertainment and the team to operational excellence while understanding and executing the short- and long-term goals established by the Director of Recreation & Entertainment.

Your experience and skills include:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills

Previous experience in a hotel is an asset or similar setup.

Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.

To lead and inspire the team towards creating the ultimate journey towards relaxation.

Excellent understanding of water safety in general
