Recreation Supervisor Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts

We re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Recreation Supervisor to join our team. As part of the IHG family, you ll oversee daily recreational activities and facilities, ensuring guests enjoy engaging, safe, and memorable leisure experiences. You ll lead and motivate your team, maintain high service standards, and contribute to creating a fun and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily recreational activities and programs for guests.

Lead and motivate the recreation team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Ensure the safety and cleanliness of recreational facilities and equipment.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Assist in planning special events and promotional activities.

Monitor inventory and request necessary supplies for recreational operations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and IHG brand standards.

Report maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with relevant departments.

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within recreation, leisure, or hospitality settings preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to recreational facilities.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
