Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online resources, professional networks, and job boards.

Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.

Pre-screen candidates through phone interviews to assess fit for the role and company culture.

Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling logistics and communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Evaluate interview results and provide feedback to hiring managers.

Extend and negotiate offers to top candidates.

Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.

Maintain and develop relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

May participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to represent the company.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Relevant years of experience in HR recruiting or a similar talent acquisition role.

Proven track record of successfully recruiting qualified candidates for various positions.

Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Skilled in candidate sourcing techniques, including online recruiting tools and social media platforms.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
