Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, internal groups)
  • Filter CVs, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews
  • Recruit ambassadors, students, and other roles for different departments
  • Support the content team in creating behind-the-scenes content (Instagram, TikTok) to reflect work life at USAM
  • Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/spreadsheets)
  • Draft job descriptions and assist in employer branding campaigns
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role priorities

Internship Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 5 months
  • Time: Part-time, flexible hours
  • Compensation: Unpaid trial; can transition to paid based on performance
  • Certificate of completion and potential recommendation letter

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and digital content
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, job boards, and content creation tools
  • Organized, detail-focused, and proactive
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup
