Your role
As an International Recruiter, you will be:
- Identify and analyze recruitment needs with the teams
- Publish job offers on different job boards
- Perform sourcing and direct approach of candidates
- Schedule interviews with operational managers
- Monitor and present recruitment KPIs
- Participate in follow-up and coordination meetings
