Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Partner directly with the client to understand role requirements, organizational culture, and hiring timelines.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and sourcing through to screening, shortlisting, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Utilize modern sourcing tools, platforms, and databases to identify, engage, and secure high-caliber candidates.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with the clients hiring needs.

Provide regular progress updates and structured reporting to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project.

Represent the clients employer brand professionally in all candidate interactions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Deliver against agreed timelines and performance expectations while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in recruitment is essential.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within project-based, RPO, or client-embedded environments.

Strong sourcing capability across multiple channels (LinkedIn, ATS platforms, talent databases, professional networks).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining accountability and delivering measurable outcomes.

Tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable to new recruitment tools and reporting systems.
