Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract international candidates based on the company’s hiring needs.
  • Source candidates from various countries using professional platforms, recruitment agencies, job fairs, and global talent networks.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer preparation.
  • Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies, embassies, and government offices to ensure smooth visa and deployment processes.
  • Handle medical examinations, background checks, documentation, and compliance requirements for international hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and agreements according to local and international labor laws.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand current and future manpower needs.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements, ticketing, accommodation, and onboarding for incoming international employees.
  • Maintain updated candidate databases, recruitment pipelines, and status reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with international recruitment regulations, labor laws, and immigration procedures in the target countries.
  • Represent the company in international job fairs, recruitment trips, and industry events when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in international recruitment or overseas manpower hiring (preferably 2–5 years).
  • Strong understanding of immigration procedures, visa processes, and global labor regulations.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and global recruitment agencies.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
  • High-level negotiation skills and the ability to work with diverse cultures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling documents and procedures.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and HR software tools.
  • Willingness to travel for international recruitment events when required.
  • Professional, adaptable, and capable of building strong relationships with candidates and partners.
