Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Source candidates through innovative channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events, to build a diverse and robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes and applications with a keen eye for detail, identifying candidates who not only meet qualifications but also align with company culture.
- Facilitate engaging interviews, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience while evaluating skills, experience, and potential fit.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge of recruitment principles.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the industry relevant to the hiring organization.
- Specialized certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter certification, showcasing commitment to professional development.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, ensuring efficiency and organization in the recruitment process.
