Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a specialized industry, to ensure deep market understanding.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are highly regarded, showcasing commitment to the profession.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is crucial for efficient process management.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred, especially in English and a second language relevant to the market.
