Job Title: Recruiter - Outsourcing / Staffing Job Location: Kanakia Zillion, Kalina, (Off BKC), Mumbai HIGH PRIORITY : Available inside Mumbai. REQUIRED Nos. : 15 GENDER : Any Job Description: We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in outsourcing, and staffing solutions. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures as per client requirements. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal database, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial interviews, evaluate qualifications, and assess candidate fit for roles. Handle full recruitment life cycle – job posting, application review, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for urgent and future needs. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS/CRM systems. Job Duration : Long Term Priority : Inside Mumbai candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of recruitment experience (staffing agency or RPO preferred). Experience recruiting for high-volume, technical, and non-technical roles. Proficiency in using ATS systems and job boards (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of labor law and onboarding procedures.
