Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively source passive candidates through various channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry events to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition intake to offer negotiations and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Has 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on talent sourcing.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
