Recruiting Cable Assembler/Installer

Carry out the manufacturing orders in accordance with the instructions described in the manufacturing file.

Follow the instructions on the instruction sheet strictly.

Perform traceability operations for manufacturing operations

Verify the conformity of tooling, calibrations, and expiration dates, and report any date exceedances to the team leader + note the deviation in QRAP

Report quality deviations to the batch manager: non-conformity of documentation, materials, or sub-assemblies, in quantity or quality + note the deviation in QRAP

Adherence to the golden rules of the assembler

Know and apply the instruction sheets and procedures related to the workstation or product

Justify any overruns in the allocated manufacturing time to the batch managers.

Perform self-inspection operations in accordance with procedures and instructions

Maintain and organize your workstation in accordance with the 5S methodology.

Alert the batch manager in case of non-conformity of products or sub-assemblies + note the cart in QRAP

Ensure compliance with daily objectives communicated by the team leader in the QRQC level 1 meeting

Respect hygiene and safety rules, especially when using sensitive equipment or products.

Getting involved in the 5S, QRQC approach

Submit corrective action requests (via QRAP) in case of anomalies affecting the documentation or the assembly or machining process.

Participate in actions to improve lead times and quality

Participate in training operations for production operators as part of multi-skilling initiatives.

Report discrepancies/anomalies according to established QRQC standards

Respect Health, Safety and Environment rules and participate in the implementation of the HSE Management System.
