Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top-tier SAP specialists through diverse channels, including proactive networking and leveraging industry events, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, evaluating their SAP expertise, project experience, and problem-solving abilities to identify the best fits.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SAP roles, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, providing a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific SAP skill requirements and project needs, tailoring recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of SAP professionals, cultivating relationships to foster referrals and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to track candidate progress, manage data, and ensure compliance.
  • Stay current on the latest SAP technologies and industry developments, including emerging trends like S/4HANA and cloud solutions.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and manage compensation packages for successful candidates, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and address skill gaps in the SAP talent pool.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress, key metrics, and market insights related to SAP specialists.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory for effective communication.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP recruitment, specializing in various SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.).
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex SAP landscapes and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across different departments.
  • Experience in recruiting for SAP S/4HANA projects and cloud-based SAP solutions is highly desirable.
  • Hold relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) to validate technical expertise.
  • A proven track record of successfully filling challenging SAP roles with qualified candidates.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and project lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
