Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze staffing needs with managers.
- Define the desired profiles and develop job descriptions
- Write and distribute job offers on various platforms (job boards, social networks, company website)
- Negotiating job offers and managing administrative tasks (contracts)
- Identify skills needs (individual and collective)
- To take stock of training activities with a view to evaluating the training plan
- Participate in various HR studies and assessments
- Select training providers and negotiate budgets
- Monitor the implementation of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
- Participate in talent development and career management
- Create, update and monitor training management and tracking tools (forms, information notes, dashboards)
Desired Candidate Profile
- A degree in law and labor is required.
- Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) or equivalent in the field of human resources
- Proven experience in recruitment and/or HR development
- Knowledge of the job market and sectors of activity
