Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze staffing needs with managers. 
  • Define the desired profiles and develop job descriptions
  • Write and distribute job offers on various platforms (job boards, social networks, company website)
  • Negotiating job offers and managing administrative tasks (contracts)
  • Identify skills needs (individual and collective)
  • To take stock of training activities with a view to evaluating the training plan
  • Participate in various HR studies and assessments
  • Select training providers and negotiate budgets
  • Monitor the implementation of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Participate in talent development and career management
  • Create, update and monitor training management and tracking tools (forms, information notes, dashboards)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in law and labor is required.
  • Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) or equivalent in the field of human resources
  • Proven experience in recruitment and/or HR development
  • Knowledge of the job market and sectors of activity
