Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Field recruitment (MOD)

  • Implement local and regional sourcing actions.
  • Participate in AIC Staff meetings and ensure dynamic monitoring of short and medium term needs.
  • Observe on-site workstations and environments to refine selection criteria.
  • develop and distribute advertisements, organize selection sessions.

Participation in the Recruitment of MOIs

  • Participate in sourcing (job boards, spontaneous applications, etc.).
  • Ensure initial contact with candidates and follow-ups if necessary.
  • Manage the logistical organization of interviews with managers (invitations, schedule, rooms).
  • Support the Recruitment Manager in monitoring applications and feedback.

Regional sourcing & employment relations

  • Identify suitable local recruitment channels (ANETI, schools, training centers, agencies, etc.).
  • Deploy visibility campaigns: posters, flyers, community relays, local events.
  • Feed and maintain a pool of active and qualified candidates.

Support training

  • Coordinate sessions: invitations, logistics, margins.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of monitoring supports: dashboards, hot assessment.
  • Contribute to the analysis of needs and the programming of the training plan.

HR administrative support

  • Update recruitment, integration and training monitoring tools.
  • Contribute to the reliability of HR data and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Participate in HR audits by preparing the necessary documents

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Academic training:

  • Bac +3 in Human Resources.

Exp rience :

  • First HR experience (recruitment or training), ideally in an industrial environment

Qualit s :

  • Rigor and organizational skills
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills and a sense of hospitality
  • Responsiveness, reliability and team spirit.

Linguistic profile:

  • Perfect mastery of the French language.
  • English language proficiency (Professional).
