Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Missions
  • Ensure that the recruitment procedure is applied and respected.
  • Supporting project HR in recruitment missions.
  • Maintain the recruitment department's tables and reporting.
  • Welcome and integrate new hires.
  • Feed the pool of CVs (ads, net, forum)
  • Organize and conduct job interviews
  • Ensuring the missions of the recruitment campus and relations with schools and universities
  • Provide support to the HR department
  • Be active on all professional networks
  • Carry out missions entrusted by the HR Director.
  • Updating of all recruitment documentation (Job descriptions - Recruitment announcements - Manuals and policies...)
  • Profile
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or any other equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in recruitment (construction or CONSTRUCTION sector will be an asset).
  • Know the Labor Law.
  • Know the professions, jobs, skills of the company.
  • Know how to use Excel, Word, Power point computer systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team spirit

  • Know how to collect, synthesize and transmit information.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Knowing how to take initiative.
