Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Missions
- Ensure that the recruitment procedure is applied and respected.
- Supporting project HR in recruitment missions.
- Maintain the recruitment department's tables and reporting.
- Welcome and integrate new hires.
- Feed the pool of CVs (ads, net, forum)
- Organize and conduct job interviews
- Ensuring the missions of the recruitment campus and relations with schools and universities
- Provide support to the HR department
- Be active on all professional networks
- Carry out missions entrusted by the HR Director.
- Updating of all recruitment documentation (Job descriptions - Recruitment announcements - Manuals and policies...)
- Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or any other equivalent.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in recruitment (construction or CONSTRUCTION sector will be an asset).
- Know the Labor Law.
- Know the professions, jobs, skills of the company.
- Know how to use Excel, Word, Power point computer systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team spirit

- Know how to collect, synthesize and transmit information.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Knowing how to take initiative.
