Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions:
- Needs analysis: Collect and understand the recruitment needs of clients (internal or external).
- Sourcing and talent hunting: Use various channels (job boards, social networks, direct hunting, etc.) to identify qualified profiles.
- Application management: Sort CVs, pre-select candidates and conduct assessment interviews.
- Client support: Advise and support clients in defining their recruitment strategy.
- Candidate Follow-Up : Provide post-recruitment follow-up and ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
Required skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Mastering sourcing and interview techniques.
- Good knowledge of HR tools.
- Sense of organization and autonomy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitments in parallel.
Search profile:
- Training in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Business or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Good knowledge of the job market and HR trends.
