Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main missions:

  • Needs analysis: Collect and understand the recruitment needs of clients (internal or external).
  • Sourcing and talent hunting: Use various channels (job boards, social networks, direct hunting, etc.) to identify qualified profiles.
  • Application management: Sort CVs, pre-select candidates and conduct assessment interviews.
  • Client support: Advise and support clients in defining their recruitment strategy.
  • Candidate Follow-Up : Provide post-recruitment follow-up and ensure client and candidate satisfaction.

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Mastering sourcing and interview techniques.
  • Good knowledge of HR tools.
  • Sense of organization and autonomy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitments in parallel.

Search profile:

  • Training in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Business or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of the job market and HR trends.
