Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist seniors in developing and executing recruitment plans in alignment with corporate, business unit, and departmental strategies.

  • Support in defining HR policies and periodically re-evaluating job roles and descriptions.

  • Maintain records of company vacancies, openings, and applicant tracking.

  • Identify and liaise with recruitment vendors under senior supervision.

  • Review incoming applications and resumes to shortlist suitable candidates for open positions.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.

  • Conduct preliminary screening calls or interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate pre-employment medical screenings for new hires.

  • Support the preparation of job and incentive offers, negotiation, and onboarding of selected candidates.

  • Archive and manage applicant records, including non-hires, ensuring proper documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of corporate salary and compensation structures.

  • Provide timely reporting to seniors on recruitment, compensation, and HR activities.

  • Support the creation and implementation of onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

  • Assist in the preparation of job offers, employment contracts, and other onboarding documents required for visa processing

  • Facilitate the introduction of new joiners to their respective departments

  • Support HR team members in ensuring compliance with federal and local labor laws and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and registers, ensuring data is always up-to-date and well-documented in SuccessFactos.

  • Generate and present HR reports to senior management on a timely basis.

  • Arabic speaker preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid educational foundation.

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, demonstrating a proven track record.

  • Professional certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred, showcasing commitment to the profession.

  • Experience in the specific industry relevant to the role, offering insights into niche talent requirements.
