Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.

  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and smooth onboarding with HR.

  • Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

  • Coordinate the full hiring process including interview scheduling, feedback collection,, salary negotiations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience in the UAE

  • Mass hiring experience is a must, preferably in real estate, retail, or customer-facing industries.

  • Strong knowledge of local hiring trends, job market, and UAE labor laws.

  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

  • Fluency in English is required.
