Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage top talent.
- Oversee and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and promote a positive candidate experience.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple job functions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a recruitment team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
