Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to join our recruitment team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Post job advertisements on job portals and recruitment platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
Track candidate progress and provide regular recruitment updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong local market network.
Demonstrated experience in bulk hiring.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Immediate availability to join.
Valid QID and NOC.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
