Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Officer
Needs analysis:
- Collect recruitment needs from the different departments (accommodation, catering, spa, support services, etc.).
- Define the profiles sought and write appropriate job descriptions.
Attraction et sourcing:
- Publish job offers on appropriate platforms (specialized sites, hotel schools, social networks, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a pool of candidates.
- Participate in forums, job fairs and partnerships with hotel schools.
S lection:
- Sort applications and conduct telephone/pre-qualification interviews.
- Conduct interviews with operational managers / department heads.
- assess the technical and behavioral skills of candidates.
Hiring process:
- Prepare and transmit job offers.
- Manage employment contracts in coordination with the P&C team.
- Organize and monitor the onboarding process.
Monitoring and reporting:
- Update recruitment tracking tables.
- Monitor HR indicators (recruitment time, turnover, manager satisfaction rate, etc.).
- Participate in the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required skills
- Excellent knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry.
- Mastery of recruitment techniques (sourcing, interviews, evaluation).
- Good interpersonal skills and good listening skills.
- Organization, rigor and ability to manage several recruitments simultaneously.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
- Good command of IT tools and recruitment platforms.
Formation & Exp rience
- Bac+3 Bac+5 in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in recruitment, ideally in the hotel, tourism or service sector.
