Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Analyze recruitment requests via the HRIS and initiate validations with operational staff.
Analyze the request and define the characteristics of the desired profiles with managers.
Develop and implement a suitable sourcing strategy.
Write job postings and distribute them on relevant internal/external channels.
Maintain and utilize internal and external databases.
Process received applications and conduct pre-qualifications during telephone interviews, adhering to the telephone interview guide.
Conduct and/or co-conduct job interviews.
Manage the planning and conduct of individual or group job interviews
. Select suitable candidates for the open position and organize the next steps in the process.
Ensure the smooth progress of applications and organize the next steps in the process up to contract signing.
Write interview reports and provide feedback to managers based on a scoring system for technical and behavioral skills. (Synthesis, candidate analysis grid, job suitability rate, etc.)
Prepare regular activity reports and update databases.
Contribute to building a talent pool through proactive monitoring.
