Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles, ensuring a thorough evaluation process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and professional networks, to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to refine strategies and improve overall hiring effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR to design and implement onboarding programs that enhance new hire integration and retention.
- Create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract high-quality applicants.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to validate candidate qualifications and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and legal regulations related to recruitment and employment to mitigate risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, demonstrating a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates.
- Fluency in English and Tagalog or Urdu, enabling effective communication with diverse candidates.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software, facilitating streamlined recruitment processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Strong analytical abilities, allowing for data-driven decision-making and recruitment strategy optimization.
