Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes and contribute to HR projects as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
