Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Effective utilization of ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipeline and recruitment data.
Strong communication with candidates to ensure engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordination with hiring managers, including providing updates, scheduling and moderating interviews, follow-ups, and feedback.
End-to-end recruitment management from job posting to final placement.
Proactive approach to recruitment, including working with limited job details when required and maintaining a high placement success ratio.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting delivery targets.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and feedback management skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to cater urgent and time-sensitive client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrated track record of sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for multiple roles (approximately 3-5 positions per day).
Experience managing 8 12 quality recruitment batches/positions per week.
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
Mandatory experience recruiting for GCC markets, with a strong preference for candidates who have handled Saudi-based clients and roles.
Solid recruitment expertise with a focus on both technical and non-technical roles in a client-based setup.
Excellent English communication skills.
