Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding
Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
Ensure all recruitment activities align with MSMEDA policies and labor laws
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen MSMEDA s image as an employer of choice
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques, and interview practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines efficiently
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
