We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding successful candidates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a digital environment, has strong networking skills, and can deliver top talent across multiple markets while working independently.


Key Responsibilities


Collaborate remotely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.


Write and post job ads on global job boards, LinkedIn, and niche industry platforms.


Proactively source candidates through online tools, social media, and virtual networking.


Conduct virtual screening interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.


Manage interview scheduling across time zones and provide timely updates to stakeholders.


Facilitate the offer process, reference checks, and coordinate virtual onboarding.


Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.


Contribute to employer branding and online recruitment marketing initiatives.


Track recruitment KPIs and prepare regular progress reports.
