Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Partner with Product Line Managers and hiring stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, project timelines, and role specifications.

  2. Source suitable candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and company career portals.

  3. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs in Pakistan, while supporting SME regional requirements as needed.

  4. Conduct initial screening and qualification assessments, including verification of experience, skills, and role suitability.

  5. Collect and organize required candidate documentation and assist with accurate technical and functional role mapping.

  6. Prepare and generate offers for selected candidates, coordinate offer acceptance, and manage pre‑ and post‑onboarding documentation.

  7. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment data in the Recruitment HRIS / ATS for country and regional reporting.

  8. Ensure compliance with local employment laws, statutory requirements, and Bureau Veritas internal policies throughout the hiring process.

  9. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, quality, and overall candidate experience.

  10. Act as the first point of contact for candidates, promoting Bureau Veritas’ global presence and service portfolio through professional communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Strong understanding of local recruitment market dynamics in Pakistan, including salary trends, benefits structures, and talent availability.

  2. Familiar with employment regulations, labour laws, and statutory compliance related to talent acquisition.

  3. Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and digital recruitment platforms.

  4. Skilled in multi‑source candidate sourcing, research, and market benchmarking.

  5. Able to evaluate academic qualifications, certifications, and professional training credentials (local and international).

  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  7. Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.

Experience

  1. 3–5 years of progressive recruitment experience.

  2. Proven experience hiring technical and functional roles, preferably within Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, or technical services sectors.

  3. Demonstrated track record of supporting hiring across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.

Qualifications & Certifications

  1. Graduate degree (mandatory).

  2. Specialization in Human Resources / Recruitment.

  3. Certified Recruitment Analyst or equivalent certification is preferred.

  4. Hands‑on exposure to HRIS / ATS tools and structured recruitment processes.
