Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Arrange and conduct interviews, tests, and assessments for white- and blue-collar positions.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates regarding their application status.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the selection of suitable candidates.
Recruitment Database & Reporting
Maintain and update the recruitment database including applicant history and records (C7 and other internal systems).
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of all recruitment data.
Prepare analytical and well-documented recruitment reports including recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring trends.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Sources
Coordinate SMG participation in employment fairs and recruitment events.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, NGOs, and external recruitment partners.
Conduct regular visits to recruitment sources to strengthen communication channels and talent pipelines.
Job Posting & Employer Outreach
Prepare and publish job advertisements across recruitment channels.
Update and manage job postings on SMGu2019s career page and other recruitment platforms.
Ensure job descriptions and job specifications are accurate and updated.
Internship Programs
Coordinate internship programs with universities and educational institutions.
Manage communication and scheduling related to internship placements.
Onboarding & Integration
Support onboarding activities to ensure new employees are properly integrated into the organization.
Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
HR Support
Support the HR team in other HR functions and initiatives when required.
