Role & responsibilities
The Recruitment Supervisor will oversee the recruitment and deployment of seafarers, offshore workers, and marine technical staff. This role involves supervising a recruitment team, coordinating with HR Manager and ensuring timely and compliant hiring for offshore and maritime operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marine / Maritime Management preferred.
Strong relationships with multiple recruitment agencies.
Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years supervising a team.
Experience in marine/offshore recruitment is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of seafarer certifications, STCW regulations, and flag state requirements.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and maritime recruitment platformsbr> Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and urgent deployments.
