Roles & Responsibilities

Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging short-form video content (Reels) for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and internal teams to develop creative ideas that align with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Edit and enhance video footage using industry-standard software to ensure high-quality, visually appealing content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, formats, and best practices in social media video content.
  • Optimize video content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion across different platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to refine content strategies and improve future outputs.
  • Source and integrate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance storytelling and viewer experience.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and project files for efficient workflow.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to elevate the creative output of the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in video content creation, preferably focused on social media Reels or short-form videos.

  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative video projects for social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and feedback.
  • Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing ecosystems is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new formats and ideas.
