Roles & Responsibilities
Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce engaging reels tailored for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Edit and enhance raw video footage, incorporating effects, transitions, music, and graphics to maximize viewer engagement.
Stay updated on the latest trends in short-form video content and social media algorithms to ensure content relevance and reach.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reels under tight deadlines.
Optimize video content for different platforms, adjusting aspect ratios, lengths, and formats as needed.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for content that resonates with target audiences.
Maintain an organized digital asset library and adhere to file management best practices.
Analyze performance metrics of published reels and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure all content complies with copyright laws, platform policies, and brand standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in creating and editing short-form video content for social media platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative reel-making and video editing skills.
Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
