Reels Content Creator INYAD

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Reels Content Creator to join our marketing team, with a strong focus on short-form video content across social platforms. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of Reels, from ideation to execution, with the objective of building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting our growth strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing, this person will be a key contributor to our content engine, working closely with marketing, design, and growth teams to bring our brand stories to life through video. A successful candidate is trend-aware, highly creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Assist in the creation, filming, and editing of short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Contribute ideas and creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Follow social media trends, formats, and sounds, and help adapt them into relevant content.
• Edit videos with subtitles, effects, and music optimized for each platform.
• Support the planning and execution of the Reels content calendar.
• Publish content and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement) and support content optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on ongoing campaigns.

• Bac+3 in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Audiovisual, or a related field.
• Around 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or video editing (internships included).
• First experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Strong interest in social media and short-form video trends.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling basics.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to take feedback.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment.
• Portfolio or links to social media content is a strong plus.
