Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging short-form video content tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Develop original, trend-driven concepts that align with brand messaging and target audience.

  • Edit videos with dynamic transitions, text overlays, music syncing, and platform-specific effects.

  • Repurpose existing content into bite-sized, high-impact reels.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align video output with campaign goals.

  • Stay updated on social media trends, audio tracks, and best practices to ensure relevancy and reach.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in mobile and desktop editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci, or similar.

  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement in short-form video.

  • Understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.

  • Creative, adaptable, and able to produce content quickly under tight deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience creating viral or high-performing Reels/TikToks for brands or personal projects.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
