Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate creative concepts and scripts with compelling hooks.
  • Capture, edit, and deliver polished short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
  • Incorporate trending sounds, styles, and platform-specific features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with campaigns.
  • Monitor video performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with viewers through comments and direct interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 3 years of experience in creating short-form video content.
  • Proficiency in shooting and editing using mobile devices and editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts best practices.
  • Excellent storytelling ability and confident on-camera presence.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
