Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Implement SHM, detecting and eliminating operational risks without impacting the end customer;
Ensure effective communication of local information to the project team;
Identify the gap between the AS-IS and TO-BE processes and validate the solution gaps (process or software) with the project team;
Convert data to the new SHM system (refer to the data preparation catalog) and configure the parameters of the new solution;
Define the UAT (User Testing) strategy;
Define Expected Results, execute UAT, and analyze and address detected anomalies;
Lead the local organization and process change: implement the TO-BE process and complete the assigned deployment actions;
Train end users on the new process and solution.
Participate in the deployment of the energy management system, respecting energy consumption optimization guidelines in my workstation;
Report any instances of energy waste and propose ideas for reducing consumption;
Provide on-site support to the workshop.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical or industrial field;
8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in manufacturing methods;
Minimum 4 years of seniority within the group.
