Roles & Responsibilities

Leading group and private Pilates sessions (Mat & Reformer)

Assessing client needs and tailoring safe, effective programs

Providing clear instruction, modifications, and injury-aware guidance

Creating a positive, supportive, welcoming atmosphere

Collaborating with management to develop class schedules and studio growth

Maintaining clean, safe, and organized studio spaces

Stay updated with Pilates trends, certifications and education self-development

Desired Candidate Profile

Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates (STOTT PILATES or similar)

Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching both group and private classes

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete before start date)

Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention

Passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and community building

Bonus: Yoga certification (not required)

Ideal personality: Calm, professional, supportive, and motivated
