Role Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes
- Provide private 1:1 Pilates sessions for VIP clients
- Design personalised programs tailored to individual client goals
- Maintain exceptional service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations
- Ensure studio cleanliness, safety, and equipment care
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Certified Merrithew Reformer Pilates Instructor
Minimum 2 3 years experience teaching Reformer Pilates
Experience working in luxury gyms, studios, or resorts preferred
Strong understanding of anatomy, posture, and movement mechanics
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Ability to work with high-profile clientele
