Roles & Responsibilities

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Shape Strategy: You define divisional policies and strategies that align with local regulations and business needs.
  • Drive Financial Execution: You establish cost-efficient support platforms, oversee local finance functions, and support leadership in achieving financial goals.
  • Ensure Compliance & Governance: You implement processes to meet Group standards across finance, legal, tax, and IT, ensuring strong financial governance.
  • Lead Local Representation: You act as the key finance contact for local authorities and ensure full compliance with fiduciary and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Reporting & Controls: You oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and accountability in line with Group and local standards.
  • Optimize & Improve: You lead efficiency initiatives, optimize legal and financial structures, and promote best practices across your area.
  • Develop People & Capabilities: You assess team competencies, lead training and development, and foster engagement within the finance community.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting (MBA or CA/CPA preferred).15+ years of progressive finance leadership experienceStrong understanding of MEA markets, regulatory environments, and economic dynamics.Proven track record in strategic planning, financial modelling, and business partneringExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.Ability to operate in a matrixed, fast-paced, and culturally diverse environment.
