Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Program Implementation & Training

  • Provide training and ongoing support to key customers to ensure strong results with National Geographic Learning programs
  • Develop and deliver professional development and training for flagship programs, delivered in-person and at scale through multiple formats
  • Leverage existing global training and implementation materials, while creating and sharing new resources as needed
  • Consult with customers to support successful program implementation
  • Develop new materials and content, including resources such as lesson plans and correlations to support successful implementation at key accounts

Collaboration & Best Practices

  • Support sales colleagues with curriculum needs, product-customer fit, and opportunities for program implementation and sales support, including support with documentation and proposals.
  • Represent the company at customer events, speaking on product and relevant educational topics that are aligned with company goals.
  • Deliver effective internal training and support to our sales teams and business partners in the region.

Continuous Improvement & Research

  • Collect customer and partner feedback to improve onboarding, training curricula, and services.
  • Use global, standardized qualitative and quantitative tools, including surveys and interviews, to measure the effectiveness of training.
  • Find opportunities for efficacy studies and other research to refine training materials and provide content for marketing and promotion.

Skills you'll need:

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
  • Experience educating or training with a strong background in K12 education with a deep understanding of classroom practice.
  • Some exposure to English Language Teaching, academically or professionally would be advantageous.
  • Ability to deliver training in both face-to-face and online formats.
  • Skilled at tailoring content to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative mentality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to partner effectively with sales, marketing, and academic colleagues are essential.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to ensure customers achieve long-term success with National Geographic Learning programs.
