Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Implement and adapt the Emirates brand strategy within assigned markets ensuring alignment with the CCMB measurement framework, business goals and and local market dynamics. Adapt regional brand positioning to meet local market needs while maintaining consistency and supporting regional opportunities.
- Leverage commercial data, market research, customer insights and analytics to understand the operating environment, business performance and market dynamics. Use these insights to guide tactical decision-making that supports brand performance and customer engagement across their journey contributing to measurable business impact.
- Act as the primary operational liaison between the regional commercial and country management teams and the CCMB specialist functions within assigned markets. Build collaborative relationships and maintain trusted advisor status through excellent account management and business understanding. Support strategic conversations led by the Manager Regional Brand & Marketing to prioritise long-term initiatives, align on brand objectives, and facilitate smooth campaign execution and cross-departmental collaboration to contribute to regional success.
- Deliver brand and marketing plans across the customer journey, ensuring initiatives align with regional brand positioning and are tailored to local market conditions and consumer behaviours. Ensure campaigns are well-briefed, executed within budget and meet delivery standards.
- Manage market level allocation of the regional marketing budget for assigned markets, tracking performance and monitoring spending to ensure financial efficiency and impact. Provide input on marketing return on investment (ROI) to support resource allocation and alignment with business outcomes.
- Identify and escalate risks that could affect brand and marketing execution, including legal, reputational, and operational concerns. Support the development of mitigation strategies to ensure seamless campaign delivery and protect Emirates' brand integrity.
- Stay up to date with trends across paid, earned, shared and owned channels monitoring emerging platforms and evolving marketing behaviours. Recommend adjustments to ensure the brand remains relevant, competitive, and strongly positioned.
- Support cross-functional teams and work closely with leadership to encourage a collaborative, motivated group of marketing professionals. Encourage a culture of innovation, continuous learning and delivery excellence that enables teams to execute brand strategies effectively and achieve business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Marketing or similar.
- 8+ years experience in Marketing & Media Communications, Brand/Product management or similar.
- Experience in leadership, market analysis and communication.
- Proven ability to develop and execute global marketing plans tailored to local markets.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive alignment and results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and extract insights
- Solid track record of landing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience adapting global brand messaging to regional audiences
- Effective leadership capabilities, including mentoring direct reports, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
