Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company s market presence within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and present regular business performance reports to senior management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, sales, or a related field.
